Day 11: Scalp Care for Healthy Hair Growth!

A healthy scalp provides the foundation for healthy hair growth and overall hair health:


Scalp Exfoliation or Massage.

Use a dedicated scalp scrub (physical or chemical) once or twice a week to gently remove dead skin cells, excess sebum, and product buildup that can clog hair follicles. Alternatively, or in addition to exfoliation, regular scalp massage can stimulate blood flow to the follicles, promoting hair growth and reducing stress.

Hair Care Tip of the Day:


DIY Scalp Massage with Oil (5 minutes):

Warm a small amount of nourishing oil like coconut oil, jojoba oil, or rosemary oil (which is known to stimulate hair growth) and gently massage it into your scalp using your fingertips for about 5 minutes before shampooing. This can help moisturize the scalp, reduce dryness and flakiness, and promote circulation.


Schedule It In:

Incorporate scalp care into your weekend hair care routine when you have a bit more time for pampering. The DIY oil massage can be a relaxing pre-shampoo ritual.
