A non-negotiable step for healthy, youthful skin is

Daily SPF Protection. Apply a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher every

morning, even on cloudy days and when you're indoors. Ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun

is a leading cause of premature aging, including wrinkles, sunspots, and loss of elasticity, and significantly increases the risk of skin cancer. Make SPF application a daily habit, regardless of the weather or your plans for the day.

SPF Application Hack (30 seconds): To ensure you're applying enough SPF, aim for about a teaspoon for your face and neck. Keep a lightweight, non-greasy SPF moisturizer on your desk, in your bag, or by your makeup to make it easily accessible and apply it after your morning skincare routine, before applying makeup. Look for formulas that are labeled "broad-spectrum" to protect against both UVA and UVB rays.

Make SPF application the very last step of your morning skincare routine, right after your moisturizer and before any makeup. Think of it as the final shield for your skin.
